What is Reiki? Reiki is life-force energy, prayer powered healing centered around your unique Soul needs. Receiving Reiki is often described as “being in the womb of the Mother,” or being held within a cocoon, so you may dissolve & allow yourself to be completely supported in personal transformation. 

How does Reiki work? Since we are all energetic beings, Reiki is sent exactly where you need it to go. We will meet on Zoom, where we will check-in with what’s alive for you, then you will be guided through a meditation to relax & surrender. In this space, the Reiki begins to flow & go to the places in your Mind/Body/Spirit that need the attention.
