If you’d like to build an altar…

Altars are portals and gateways to work with, grounding the energy of the celestial beings we are working with. You can build yourself a “vision board” type altar to focus on what you’re moving forward with and include some simple items to honor the centaurs. The centaurs enjoy mind altering substances (like beer, wine, cannabis, etc), incense, stones, water, and things that inspire you to heal or master.

For our practice you’ll need:

• Set of mala beads

• Journal for self reflection

• A willingness to begin again

Day 2

Our mantra for the week:

Om Gram Grīm Graum Shri Gandharve Bhyah Namah

Day 3:

Reflection prompt: Where have you felt limited or blocked from what it is you truly desire? What is the true desire? What is the limitation/blockage? Where are you between these two? Free journal on this before practice tonight and in sadhana we will ask for Divine Insight.

Day 4:

Reflection prompt: Where is your resistance? What are you facing that you’d rather turn away from? What is your natural response to resistance?

Day 5:

Reflection prompt: What is coming up for release? How well do you let go? What does “surrender” mean to you?

The matrilineal healing ceremony:

I highly suggest doing this at a stream, creek, or river, however it can also be done in your bathtub. If you are doing it in the water, please bring an offering for the land. If you are doing it in a bathtub, make an herbal tea for your soak of any desired flowers of herbs. Open by calling forward the Primordial Mothers of the Water or Chariklo for assistance. You can give a prayer of gratitude to the Water for being with you. Place a hand on your womb and pray for the healing of your matrilineal lineage. I prayed for peace and wholeness in my lineage, but you can adopt your own prayer. Ask the water to show you how to heal what you’re praying for. Get into the water and listen in quiescent meditation. Thank the waters and any support you brought forward. Integrate the healing ceremony by thanking the water for healing every time you drink water.
