Sadhana:
A daily, devoted, and disciplined practice for a spiritual goal or Divine attainment
Through this sadhana, you will create space to grieve and close chapters energetically, so you can rise from the ashes, reborn and ready to reimagine your life.
You will process, absolve, and release what once was while you envision + anchor what is coming in on the back of the horse.

The centaurs are celestial spirits (gandharvas) who bridge us between dimensions.
The centaurs provide us healing, clarity, activation, and attunement to Divine possibilities.
Chiron: Master Healer
Chiron is bridge between dimensions, master healer, initiator, and teacher of medicine practitioners and heroes.
Chariklo: High Priestess
High Priestess of the Imperishable Flame, Chariklo oversees energetic healing, attunement, and the assimilation of medicine.
Okyrhoe: Prophetess
Daughter of Chiron + Chariklo, Okyrhoe has the gift of psychic vision and penetrating insight. She sees what no one else dares and boldly states what no one wants to say.
Pholus: Poison Remediation
Friend of Chiron + Heracles, Pholus holds the wisdom on healing internal explosions, dangerous medicines, and the perceived irreparable.
How the sadhana is held:
We will meet daily at 4 pm PST beginning on Tuesday, 2/17 until Saturday, 3/28.
All live sessions are recorded and available for replay.
Everyday we will work with prayer, a healing mantra, and a self reflection prompt.
There will be several guided meditations throughout our time together for deeper clearing, integration, and healing.
