Distance Reiki is given & received through a guided meditation. Using a myriad of healing modalities, we will drop into a meditative state, opening ourselves up to receive Reiki healing. During this time, we will relax, restore, and reenergize.
Reiki allows for us to process outdated emotions, old belief patterns, past woundings, & former stories we have created about our lives. By processing anything that sits under the surface, we make room for new growth, new patterns, new belief systems, & new stories.
Reiki allows for us to step into the synchronic flow of time/space, while creating a safe space for us to follow our Higher Guidance, & to heal all levels of our being.
