Week 1:
Combined Centaur Mantra for Purification & Preparation
Om Gram Grīm Graum Shri Gandharve Bhyah Namah
Day 1: Sankalpa — Setting Intentions
Day 2: Energetically working out our first WHY
Note: Something I forgot to mention in this video is that if you’re new to chanting, you can still choose to sit and listen to me recite this mantra as a meditation. Even listening to it 108x is an attunement to its vibration. Chant as you can if you feel shy, however saying it “wrong” or “badly” won’t affect the power of the mantra. (Unless you are using rudraskha beads, so avoid them! 😉) I am making a niche joke, so I will explain the difference between mala sets tomorrow ~ day 3.
Reflection prompt:
If you addressed your first why and PURIFIED the energetic obstacle to your vow/intention, how can you utilize that healing for advancing in your sankalpa? My example: I am purifying other people’s thoughts on my service (meaning skeptics, not clients), so I will spend less time checking social media & use the “see less of” option, and increase my frequency of clearing my etheric temple space (where I meet clients) to ensure I’m NOT trying to convince skeptics to understand my work.
Day 3: Goodies of Your Sankalpa
Reflection prompt:
Write down the visualization of your sankalpa manifest in your life. After completion, take some time to write down solutions based on this prompt, turning in what you have composted (your “goodie” or what has stopped you from having this before) in to your new encoding.
My example: I have been able to stay invisible, avoid intimacy, and responsibility by choosing to be the only one in my temple space. (I have been instructed for 9 years to build a temple on real land, for other people to work in and make a good living.) I now know that I have the courage to delegate a team of humans. I now know that I have the capacity to open bring people into my mission. I now know that I have the skills to tend to a piece of land. I now know that I am available for answering my Divine Call.
After your “I now know,” take one actionable step towards your sankalpa.
My example: I will work on my temple constitution today.
Day 4: Cost of Anchoring Your Sankalpa
Reflection Prompt:
Refer to your visualization for Day 3. What beliefs or perceptions do you need to re-code to replace your “cost?” Write them down in the first person perspective. My example: My cost is related to how I care about my own perception, so I might write my new codes of being like this… I am safe to be perceived in any way. Other people’s perceptions of me are not MY truth, they are THEIR projections. I am self assured in my path, in my purpose, in my dharma. I am loved, appreciated, and celebrated by those meant to walk with me on this path. I am safe to rise.
Day 5: Facing Neglect
Reflection Prompt:
Free journal on the parts of you that have been neglected and are ready to be addressed. It is unlikely that everything will be ready today, however as you uncover and peel back layers, you will find what’s under the surface, the web will reveal itself. Start here, at the top, and write until you feel complete. After you finish your free journal session, ask yourself the next question: How can I meet this part of myself? What needs to be fulfilled? Journal on those questions until you feel complete. When you are done, take an actionable step to meet those needs and write a note to yourself somewhere you can see it continually to meet these needs.
Day 6: Purifying the Channel
Day 7: Energetic Cocooning
Week 2: Pholus + Root Work
Mantra: Om Phrām Phrīm Phraum Sa Prithvī Griharaye Namah
Day 8: Pholus Attunement; Addressing Fear
Note: No self help for the rest of the day~ be gentle and kind to yourself! Read a book, binge watch your favorite tv show, but DO NOT do anymore self help after this attunement!
